About
Hilton Head Island’s Yacht Hop is one of the most unique and festive charity events on the island, blending waterfront elegance with a lively, social atmosphere. Hosted by MiraSol Health, this annual event invites guests to “hop” from yacht to yacht while enjoying gourmet food, drinks, and entertainment at each stop.
Yacht Hop 2026 is expected to take place in the spring, bringing together locals and visitors for an unforgettable evening along the harbor. Each yacht is uniquely themed, offering different cuisines, cocktails, and experiences as attendees make their way through the marina. The event supports a meaningful cause, with proceeds benefiting healthcare services in the local community.
Location
Yacht Hop takes place at Palmetto Bay Marina, one of Hilton Head Island’s most scenic waterfront destinations. Located at a prime spot of the island, Palmetto Bay Marina offers stunning sunset views, a vibrant marina setting, and plenty of space for guests to explore multiple yachts docked throughout the harbor. The walkable layout makes it easy to move between boats while enjoying the coastal atmosphere.
